To mark our first wedding anniversary in December, Raymond and I took a cruise from Miami, FL to the Caribbean on the Norwegian Pearl! We visited Roatan, Honduras where we toured the island, zip-lined and spent a few luxurious hours at a gorgeous beach! Our second destination was Belize City, Belize. Here we took a tour of the Lamanai Mayan Ruins where the history and sites were incredible! Our third port was Cozumel, Mexico where we rented a car and spent the day exploring the island and enjoying homemade tortilla chips and guacamole (along with a live chicken and numerous peacocks) at a little resort on the beach! Our final port was to be Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas however Mother Nature had other plans detouring us to Key West, FL where we savored yummy key lime pie, strolled Duval Street and risked our lives on a scooter with Raymond driving! As was our first year of marriage, it was a truly wonderful trip!
