Survival for New Moms was a class that Eli and I attended at Lutheran Hospital where Eli was born. We first started attending when Eli was just 4 weeks old (see how tiny he was in the photo below). It was a wonderful group where we enjoyed such classes as Music Together and Mom and Baby Yoga! We also met lots of other new mom's with babies the same age as Eli!
