Kauai Hawaii: Luau
Smith Family Garden Luau...The Smith Family, you ask??? That's not a Hawaiian name!!! Long story but it was a wonderful Luau experience! We dined on Kalua pig roasted in the earthen imu oven, Ono mahi mahi and tasty chicken adobo. We also tried traditional Hawaiian poi which left something to be desired! :) The dessert of rice pudding was incredible!
