Snow? But it's only October!

Regardless of the fact that it is only October and the majority of the leaves have yet to fall (or even turn color), we got dumped on and unfortunately it caused significant damage to the trees in our backyard. As the snow melts we'll hopefully have a better view of the overall damage done to our beautiful maple, the centerpiece of our backyard.
